Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using Reprise, you agree to these terms. If you're using Reprise on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Reprise is a customer-relationship tool that helps you schedule and work your leads. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Reprise.
Acceptable use
Don't use Reprise to break the law, send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable rules, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You're responsible for complying with the calling, messaging, and privacy laws that apply to how you contact your leads.
Trials & billing
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial that requires a valid card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and the card is charged for the then-current price. Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. If payment fails, your account becomes read-only — you can still view and export your data — until billing is resolved.
Your data
You own the data you put into Reprise. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimers & liability
Reprise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the update.
