About
A CRM that works for the rep
Reprise is a deliberately small CRM built around one job: help a salesperson work their day and never lose a follow-up.
Why we built it
Most CRMs are built for managers — pipelines to report on, dashboards to review, fields to keep tidy. Reps end up feeding the tool instead of using it, and the actual work, calling people back at the right time, gets buried under admin.
Reprise flips that. It plans your day for you: overdue follow-ups first, then fresh leads to fill the gaps, each one time-slotted around your meetings. You open it in the morning and start at the top of the list.
What makes it different
Three ideas do most of the work. Your day is built automatically, so you never decide who to call next. Every lead is reached inside their own local calling hours, so nobody gets a 6am call and you never do the timezone math. And nothing falls through — a missed follow-up rolls to tomorrow, and a lead that goes quiet is flagged rather than forgotten.
Who it's for
Solo closers, freelancers, and small agencies who live in the phone. If your day is a list of people to reach and a promise to follow up, Reprise is built for you. If you need forecast pipelines and a dozen custom fields, it isn't — and that's on purpose. We designed Reprise to be as simple as can be so you can focus on what matters, closing deals.
How we build
Small, opinionated, and fast. We add features that help a rep get through the day and resist the ones that just add clutter. Every screen is mobile-first, because the work happens between calls, not at a desk.
