Overview

This policy explains what information Reprise collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Reprise website and application. We keep data collection to what we need to run the product.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and organization details when you sign up.

Content you add — the leads, notes, follow-ups, and scheduling preferences you enter to do your work.

Usage and device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

To provide and maintain the service, build your daily schedule, send the notifications and emails you ask for, process billing, prevent abuse, and improve how Reprise works. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run Reprise (for example hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), and only as needed to perform those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription lapses, your data becomes read-only and exportable for a period before deletion, so you can always retrieve it. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the app.

Security

Access is role-scoped, passwords are hashed, and two-factor authentication is available.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be noted here with a new date.
